The Durham Fair's 50+ acre fairgrounds, located in Durham, Connecticut, are the site of some of central Connecticut's best-attended and most-recognized events.

The Durham Fair Association, Inc. sponsors some of the events during the year, most notably the Durham Agricultural Fair, held the last weekend in September.  The entire facility is available for rent by event promoters and organizations for the rest of the year's activities.  From the rental of individual buildings to the entire fairgrounds, the Durham Fair's Off-Season Rentals Department is happy to quote you a price and assist you with production of your event.
