Off Season Event Rental Information
We would love to help you host a successful event on our grounds. Our facilities are well maintained and have great access from Rt. 17 and Rt 68. Located in the middle of the state we are close to I-91 and an abundant number of hotels within 20 minutes (in Wallingford).
We base our rental fees on the following:
- Facilities used (building, parking, bathrooms, midway (open space), camping, water, electric, garbage)
- Number of days of use
No two events have the same needs in terms of building usage, parking, set up time, etc. Please use the following numbers for estimating purposes only.
All events must submit a plot plan and a description of the event to the Town Emergency Services Chiefs for review. Emergency services such as a fire watch, police presence, and ambulance support may be required by the Chiefs depending on the scope of the event.
Food vendors and food service are reviewed by the Connecticut River Area Health District (CRAHD). All Food Trucks must be inspected by the CRAHD and the Fire Marshal in advance of the event. Contact information for the CRAHD can be found at: www.crahd.info
